Servicing exhibitions and fairs

C.Hartwig Warszawa S.A., via its branches in Poznañ and Warsaw, deals with complex forwarding services on fairs and exhibitions organised in the country through:
  • organisation of transport of exhibits from the country and abroad,

  • unloading, loading and deliveries to stands,

  • storage of empty packages,

  • storage of exhibits in warehouse,

  • rental of reloading equipment and hiring workers for assembly works at stands,

  • full customs service.


    • Permanent cooperation with foreign forwarding companies facilitating organization of shipments of exhibits for foreign fair and exhibitions, including ensuring full forwarding services in place.

    Our Company C.Hartwig, which has been continually growing since 1858, as the only one is present at Poznañ fairs already from its first exhibition, which took place in 1921.

    The branch in Poznañ, which has its own specialised equipment of lifting capacity from 3.5 to 28 tones, transport undercarriage to move heavy machines in halls, and the group of qualified employees, delivers reloading services both within the territory of the International Poznañ Fair, and outside of it.

    The branch in Warsaw delivers as well a full service of displacement of possessions of private and institutional clients in the country and abroad.

    When Carl Hartwig died in 1879, the development of the company was continued by his wife in cooperation with Edward Hempel and August Ditlich. After a few years, they took over the company, and decided to maintain its name — C Hartwig a well-estabilshed name with a good reputation on the market.
