ISO 9001:2000

Enterprise C.Hartwig Warszawa S.A. has implemented and continually perfected the Quality Management System.

The first certificate of quality management based on the requirements PN-EN ISO 9002:1994 was granted to the firm in May, 1999 by Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI) and it included:

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FORWARDING AND TRANSPORT SERVICES IN CAR TRANSPORT

In August, 2003 the Company C.Hartwig Warszawa S.A. transformed so far granted Quality Certificate into the Quality Certificate based on the requirements PN-ISO 9001:2000 extending it by additional services and it included:




DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL FORWARDING AND TRANSPORT SERVICES WITH CAR TRANSPORT, SERVICES OF AIR FORWARDING AND SERVICES OF MARINE FORWARDING


In March 2004, C. Hartwig Warszawa S.A. Company, extending Quality Certificate by additional service railway forwarding. Currently effective certificate includes:

INTERNATIONAL AND DOMESTIC FORWARDING AND TRANSPORT SERVICES MADE BY TRUCKS. AIR, SEA AND RAILWAY FORWARDING SERVICES.

The above-mentioned certificate obliges all employees to realise their tasks according to the requirements of the norm and the standards accepted in the Company, so that our present and potential Clients are fully satisfied with the co-operation with us.

Scheme of service: a client loads a railway car on his own and places the car for transport according to our shipment instruction. The recipient picks up the railway car from the railway station and unloads it on his own.
